任職資格：
1.建筑學專業或相近專業畢業四年以上，對建筑設計有比較濃厚的興趣且有過完整的建筑施工圖設計經驗；
2. 熟悉現行的相關設計規范，熟練掌握設計軟件，如AutoCAD、天正、Photoshop、InDesign、sketch up等。
3.具備良好的溝通能力，能夠準確理解甲方的設計要求。
4.具備團隊合作精神，同時在團隊中發揮積極作用。

Founded in 1993, Beijing Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. is a design enterprise of Class I approved by the State Ministry of Construction. The company’s business covers engineering design for industrial and residential buildings, indoor decoration design, consultation on real estate development projects, feasibility study, investment analysis and consultancy, completion settlement and final account of domestic and foreign construction projects.
